As we expand our teaching arena to other cities, states (and countries!) we are seeking workshop producers (and sometimes assistants) and sales reps who meet our qualifications. In exchange for producing a workshop you will receive a full scholarship for the workshop you are producing. In exchange for assisting a producer you will receive a 50% discount towards the workshop you are assisting. Producers and assistants may also work as commission-based sales reps, (see details below).
Producer’s responsibilities may include: Finding and securing the right workshop location, communicating with location manager, coordinating food and beverages for the workshop, assisting with laptop and projector set-up, greeting students at the check-in desk (with names tags, goody bags, and information kits), and assisting students with shoot set ups, promoting the workshop, (through social networks and support groups).
Assistant’s responsibilities may include: Assisting the producer. This may include being a runner for food beverages, cleaning and office supplies, greeting workshop participants, and assisting students with shoot set ups, setting-up and breaking down chairs and tables before and after workshop and cleaning up workshop location.
Sales Reps: A sales commission will be granted for every participant you encourage to purchase a workshop (or private coaching session) using producer’s exclusive discount code. Each discount code is registered to producer’s name enabling us to monitor your sales numbers. The sale commission will be paid in either cash or the double equivalency in scholarship points redeemable towards private photo coaching sessions or another workshop.
